Unsorted mung beans in the feedhopper on the top of mahince under the vibrating of vibration will be disbutrited and sliding along the chute into the zone of observation with nir sensor and background plate.Under the effect of light source, CCD sensor receives compound lights reflect from the mixed mung beans to be sorted.The light intensity and color changes,make the system occur signal and drive solenoid valve to reject the discolor mung beans to defect chamber and good mung beans continue to fall into the accept chamber.
